• Search and browse clinics by location, including province and city
• View clinic details such as address, phone number when available, reported acceptance status, and last update time
• Contribute or report clinic patient-acceptance status
• Follow a clinic to get a push alert when its reported status changes
• Register and claim clinic profiles (for authorized clinic representatives)
• Update clinic patient-acceptance status directly through a clinic account after approval

The information on our website is contributed by users and clinic representatives and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Always contact the clinic directly to confirm availability before visiting.

Not medical advice or healthcare services

FindOpenClinic.ca provides directory and status information only. We are not a healthcare provider, medical clinic, hospital, or emergency service, and we do not:

• Provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical recommendations
• Book, schedule, or manage appointments on your behalf
• Guarantee that any clinic is accepting new patients or that listed information is current

Do not use the Service for medical emergencies. If you need urgent care, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

User accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Clinic accounts

Authorized representatives of healthcare clinics may register for clinic accounts to manage their clinic's information on our platform. By registering a clinic account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an authorized representative of the clinic with the legal authority to manage its information
• All information provided during registration and updates is accurate and current
• You will promptly update the clinic's patient acceptance status to reflect current availability
• You understand that your clinic information may be subject to verification and approval by FindOpenClinic.ca administrators

FindOpenClinic.ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate clinic accounts that provide false, misleading, or outdated information, or that violate these terms.

User responsibilities and conduct

You agree to use FindOpenClinic.ca only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others. When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to FindOpenClinic.ca, if any, in the past six months, or $50 CAD, whichever is greater.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Saskatchewan, Canada. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Changes to terms

FindOpenClinic.ca reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms of service. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Severability
